"I called a week ago to have a vehicle remote from my policy which still hasn't been. I spoke with that young girl that answers the phone. Apparently she didn't make notes on my account. Because she asking me the same questions. I think I need to reevaluate this, you might not be the agent for us. Being that we are not being service accordingly."

"As a perfect. I need more time to purchase another vehicle. Yalls adjuster didn't come out for almost 3 weeks. As a matter of I had to go to the agency on Front Street and inquire about the delay. I need more time with rental. I'm thinking if can't find what I want in this time frame. Please consider."

I know being without your car and relying on a rental can add stress, especially when it’s taking longer than expected to find what you need. "I was contacted to be told incorrect billing information, and no one had the courtesy to do more than send an increased bill. Michelle, a little more compassion would have been great April 25, 2025, especially after you discovered everything I stated was accurate. Very disappointed."

"I have been working with Michael as my Agent for over a year now. We all know how time consuming shopping for Home, Auto and motorcycle insurance can be. I reached out to the office over a year ago and Michael was so patient and helped us get to where we were comfortable with the premiums and great coverage for our Autos and Motorcycle. We had to wait until this year to add our home. They saved us over $400 a year on our home insurance premium, which in turn brought down our auto premiums. I would definitely recommend Michael at Kristin Vincent State Farm Insurance. The entire staff at the office are very friendly and they truly care about helping people get the best possible rate.
